Confirm duration
No compensation or refund is provided for early luggage collection.

Confirm the storage expiry time and date before leaving the counter.

Unclaimed luggage
Baggage not collected more than 3 months from the agreed collection date may be disposed of by management without further notice or compensation.

Payment terms
Terms are cash only, payment is in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), and customers should insist on receipt upon payment.
